SEAM(Social Economy And Mission)
The Seam Foundation was established in October 2020 to promote the growth and expansion of the social economy ecosystem.
The SEAM Foundation coordinates a range of resources, including human and physical resources, to foster both qualitative and quantitative growth within the social economy ecosystem by providing opportunities for its members.
The organization also promotes overall ecosystem growth through research and the establishment of collaborative networks.
History
Started in 2015 to support and address entrepreneurs within the social economy, it has been growing alongside 3,500 young individuals through education, fellowship programs, and community initiatives.
In 2020, it transitioned into a non-profit organization, expanding its networks and strengthening global collaborations.

[2015-2022]
Since 2015, 24 young entrepreneurs have trained through Good Yeast Fellow Programs.
We have held Vision Class twice a year and 410 young adults have participated in a total of 16 Good Yeast School and Vision Classes.
Network Community: We have held Social Economy conferences four times since 2017 and recently hosted several gatherings and events s such as the Seoul Forest Gathering.
Programs
SEAM Foundation, supports the growth of various fields within the social economy ecosystem.
The Fellowship Program selects young entrepreneurs who seek to tackle various social problems through business models, providing them with intensive business consulting and training for one year to support their development.
The Vision Class targets young individuals who are exploring their career paths, offering a five-week educational program. It consists of workshops, lectures by social entrepreneurs, and small group discussions to help them explore and clarify their aspirations (or vision).
The Social Economy conference is a small gathering of people working in the social economy ecosystem in Korea, where speakers are invited to give lectures about their businesses.
